Two more family members have pleaded guilty in connection to an alleged two state drug trafficking ring.

Phillip Larry Koss and Le'Ann Koss pleaded guilty to conspiracy to possess with the intent to distribute marijuana and aiding and abetting possession with the intent to distribute.

Prosecutors claim Phillip and Le'Ann grew marijuana in California with their sons, Connor and Chad, and another man, Brian Smith, and would sell it near Baylor's campus.

Connor pleaded guilty to charges against him last month. He's set to return to court on August 20 for sentencing. Smith also pleaded guilty to charges against him and is set to return to court for sentencing on September 3.

The family members and Smith were arrested in November last year when authorities claimed they were responsible for growing high grade marijuana in California and having it shipped to the area to sell. The other family member, Chad Koss, was released on bond in April.

Phillip and Le'Ann are set for sentencing on September 17.
