Petroleum Geo-Services will lease 122,000 square feet in a new building slated for the Energy Corridor, a developer announced Wednesday.

Skanska USA Commercial Development, which is building the office project on 12 acres south of Memorial Drive and west of Eldridge, said the project will include a 12-story office building and a parking garage with nine levels. The rendering shows a two-building complex, but the announcement only included information on one building.

The 325,000-square-foot property will be called West Memorial Place.

The company acquired the site in 2012 and is financing the development itself. The project is set to open in the first quarter of 2015.
