COLLEGE STATION, TX — A routine traffic stop Sunday morning lands one College Station man in jail after police find nearly two pounds of pot inside his car.

38-year-old Shelby Goodman was stopped by police on FM 2818 just after 2:30 in the morning.

According to police reports, the officer noticed an overwhelming odor of marijuana and after a search of Goodman's car, police found 1.8 pounds of the leafy substance inside.

He was also charged with drunk driving.
