Police looking for man who robbed credit union in Temple

Temple, TX — Temple police are looking for a man accused of robbing Texas Partners Credit Union on Thursday afternoon.
Thursday, at about 4:02 p.m., Temple police responded to a robbery that had just occurred at the “Texas Partners Federal Credit Union,” located at 6935 West Adams Avenue. Officers arrived and learned a man had entered the bank and gave the teller a note demanding money. The man was given an undisclosed amount of cash before fleeing from the location southbound on Old Waco Road in a gold older model 4 door vehicle.
There were no injuries as a result of the incident.
The suspect is described as a white male with a thin build, approximately 5’ 07” tall. The male was last seen wearing a black baseball hat, dark sunglasses, a black short sleeve shirt with writing across the front, and dark pants.
Officers searched the area, but were unable to locate the suspect.
Detectives with the General Investigations Unit are assisting the FBI in this investigation.
