TEMPLE -- A woman accused of setting her sister on fire Saturday night is still on the loose.
As of Sunday, 31-year-old Iaisha White was last seen in Moore, Oklahoma.
That was where police traced her through an investigation after reports of a domestic disturbance in which she drenched her sister in gasoline and set her on fire.
Reports indicate the two were arguing at a home in the 700 block of South 36th Street when the argument escalated to violence.
"They are blood sisters. They are related directly to each other. What led to such a violent act from one sister to the other is sad, obviously, and is a concern for us of the behaviors on this suspect that's still at large," said Sgt. Brad Hunt, Temple P.D.
The victim was sent to Scott and White Hospital with life-threatening burns.
White, who has a criminal past and is well known to Temple P.D. was last seen leaving Temple in a gray or silver Dodge Stratus 4-door car.
