Authorities have identified the skeletal remains, which were found on a ranch near Valley Mills, in September 2013.

DNA testing shows the remains belong to Zachary O'Banion, 27, of China Spring. Officials still have not been able to determine O'Banion's exact cause of death due to the severe decomposition of his body. O'Banion's remains had possibly been laying in the field for at least a month. The landowner of the property contacted the McLennan County Sheriff's office after discovering O'Banion's body on the property, located off Hog Creek Road.

O'Banion's death is still under investigation. Officials do not believe there was foul play involved.

Why in the hell would you post a picture of skull on this story. Have some dignity and respect and take it off. I know this is all literature and a story to you, but people actually loved and respected him as a human.
