BRAZOS COUNTY -- A Bryan woman is sentenced to four years in prison after pleading guilty to 10 different felonies.

Rose Rodriguez, the former owner and operator, of several local assisted living homes took a plea deal Monday afternoon for 10 felony convictions including: tampering with evidence, aggravated perjury and theft just to name a few.

Rodriguez will also have to pay back more than $75,000 in restitution to the victims she conned.
