WACO -- Sentencing began today for a former Speegleville nurse accused of setting the school on fire.

Mary Lucille Gutierrez pleaded guilty to setting the elementary school on fire last August.

Her attorneys tell us she will ask the jury to give her probation.

She faces up to 99 years or life in prison.
