
WACO -- Several people indicted in the Waco food stamp fraud case we've been following, have been sentenced.
40 out of 104 people indicted for illegal use of food stamps at Swift P's Pizzeria in East Waco faced sentencing in recent weeks.
Most of whom were sentenced to felony probation for three to six years and ordered to make restitution to the Texas Health and Human Services Commission.
A few people with criminal records were sent to prison for two to three years.
