COLLEGE STATION, TX — The director of the Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service has a new title to add to his resume.

Robert Moore has been appointed by Governor Perry to the Texas Commission on Fire Protection.

The Commission enforces statewide fire service standards and provides education and assistance to fire departments and their staff.

Moore will serve on the Commission for the next two years.
