Two are arrested after finding five meth labs on their property
Caddo Parish, LA (KWKT) — Caddo-Shreveport Narcotics Task Force arrested two people Friday after agents found five meth labs on their property in north Caddo Parish.
According to Caddo Sheriff, Steve Prator, and Shreveport Police Chief, Willie Shaw, agents were called to the 4100 block of Highway 169 to investigate a complaint of a possible lab.
Upon arrival, officers found one-pot lab along with items used to manufacture meth.
After further investigation, agents found four more labs outside hidden in the trash, all of which had been used recently to make meth.
When the suspects returned home to their residence during the investigation, they had many of the ingredients to make meth in their vehicle.
Agents also found written recipes to make meth inside the home.
Officials arrested Michael Earl Walker, 25, and Jessica Teague, 27.
Both were booked into Caddo Correctional Center for creation of a meth lab.
