Two teens behind bars after holding up convenience store

TEMPLE -- Two teenage boys are behind bars tonight after holding up a convenience store in Temple.

Torrey Jackson and Larry Blanks both 18 from Temple held up the Quix convenience store with a hand gun, on the 700 block of Industrial Boulevard around 10:30 Tuesday morning.

They got away with an undisclosed amount of cash and other items and fled on foot.

Police were able to determine the boys went to a near by motel room.

They were located and arrested without incident.

They are now in Bell County Jail for aggravated robbery.
