Waco PD investigates topless club robbery

Waco Police Department is investigating an aggravated robbery that took place at a local topless club early Wednesday morning.

According to Waco PD Spokesman Sergeant W.P. Swanton, the robbery took place shortly before 3 a.m. at Two Minnies, located at 641 Ruby Avenue. Swanton says two black males entered the club wearing dark clothes and masks. One of the men pulled out a handgun and demanded money. A man, who was identified as a club manager, another man, and three female employees were at the club when the robbery took place.

The masked men got an undisclosed amount of money from the manager before taking everyone's keys and breaking their cell phones. The men were last seen running toward Sanger Avenue. No injuries were reported during the robbery, and no arrests have been made at this time.

Investigation is on-going.
