WACO -- Two more cases of West Nile have been confirmed in McLennan county, bringing the total to 21.
The city continues to urge everyone to use a repellent with "deet" in it, avoid going outside during dawn and dusk, wear long sleeves and pants and drain any standing water.
Those most at risk are the elderly and those with health conditions.
