A Waco woman is followed home, then sexually assaulted by a man wielding a sharp object.

At around 11:00 a.m., officers were called to a house near H.E.B. near the intersection of Valley Mills and Dutton in Beverly Hills. The victim told authorities she was putting her groceries away when she heard a noise in her home.

The victim began checking to see what caused the noise when she was grabbed by an unknown person. He then held a sharp object to the woman's throat and began pulling at her shirt while fondling her.

The assailant is described as a white male with dark hair, mid twenties, clean shaven, about 5’8, and weighs around 185 lbs. He was wearing a brown shirt at the time of the attack.

Waco police believe the man was trying to force her to the back part of the home, but was scared away when the victim told him her husband was due home. The man was last seen walking eastbound on Speight.

It is unclear if the attacker followed the victim home from H.E.B.
