WACO -- The teen mom convicted of smothering her baby appeared in a Waco court today and pleaded guilty to aggravated assault.

1 killed in Waco motorcycle crash

At 2:24 this morning 37-year old Michael Garcia of South Waco was involved in a single vehicle motorcycle crash at 8th and I-35 access road. Garcia was thrown from his motorcycle after striking the curb and died.
