WACO, TX — One of the most notorious bars in Waco may have its liquor license suspended soon.
Two Minnies [1], a topless nightclub in Waco, has been the center of many arrests and violations in the past couple of years.
Their alcohol permit was close to being revoked in 2010 after a string of fights broke out.
The bar was also the center of attention after an intoxicated patron left before involving himself in a fatal crash with a large truck. The man's [2]BAC was 0.35- almost 4 times the legal limit.
The Texas Alcohol and Beverage Commission [3]claims the bar quit reporting violations to stay in good grace.
TABC officials say the place has been a problem for local law enforcement by having 19 arrests on premise in a one year period- the most of any liquor establishment in Waco during that time.
Two Minnies has been operating in Waco since 1977.
