Waco, Tx — Waco Fire Department is investigating the causes of three fires started within minutes of one another early Wednesday morning.
One fire started at a vacant home on the corner of 17th and Blair Streets in Waco around 1:30 a.m. No one was inside the home because the homeowner, a family member says, died two years ago. The house is a total loss.
Another blaze burned in the 2700 block of Alexander Avenue, destroying one garage and causing damage to the garage next door. This fire was also called in around 1:30 a.m.
A car was also reported on fire early this morning.
No word yet as to whether all three fires are connected to each other or how they started.
