Waco, TX — The identities of those involved in Friday's officer-involved shooting have been released.
Waco Police Officer Hans Fitting, a 23-year veteran, and Officer Don Patterson, a 14-year veteran, are currently on paid-administered leave while details are still being sorted out in the shooting of Michael Ray Hall, 46.
The officers were called to a domestic disturbance at 3424 Forrester Lane late Friday morning in Waco.
A woman out front told police that Hall was armed inside.
As officers entered the house, police say Hall confronted them in a threatening manner.
That's when officers shot Hall once in the jaw.
Police say Hall was talking at the scene. Police say he was taken to Hillcrest Baptist Medical Center where he is in an unknown condition.
