Waco, TX — A Waco man is in jail after breaking into a daycare and being caught with stolen property and drugs.
Police say Jeremy Minnitt, 26, tripped a burglar alarm early Thursday morning around in the Waco Child Development Center at 1301 Ross Avenue.
When police arrived they found Minnitt hiding in a classroom with stolen cash, checks and an unkown amount of marijuana.
Minnitt was taken into McLennan County Jail where he is now facing a total of three charges.
