COLLEGE STATION, Tx (KYLE) — For nearly a year police say a Guatemalan man was using someone else's identity in order to work at a local eatery.
College Station police say Eliseo Gonzalez-Agustin used College Station resident Micah Flores' name and social security number to get a job at Panda Express.
Gonzalez has been working there for the past 10 months.
He has since been charged with fraud.
