COLLEGE STATION, Tx (KYLE) — Scary moments for shoppers at the Post Oak Mall Saturday night.
Police arrested 20-year-old Julio Rodriguez after he reportedly was seen firing off an air rifle in the parking lot.
A window at the JC Penny's was shot out and witnesses told police Rodriguez was allegedly aiming at other targets in the lot.
Mall security was able to detain him until police arrived.
Rodriguez was charged with criminal mischief, possession of marijuana and alcohol as a minor.
