BRAZOS COUNTY, Tx (KYLE) — The Bryan man accused of sending the Texas A&M bomb threat hoax back in October has now been indicted by a Brazos County grand jury.
Dereon Kelly is accused causing a campus-wide evacuation after sending a bomb threat to A&M
A grand jury believes there is enough evidence to go to trial and if found guilty, Kelly could face up to ten years in prison.
He is also facing federal charges in connection with the Texas State bomb threat that was sent the day before A&M's.
