Waco, TX — An 11-time convicted felon has been found not guilty for sexual assault .
This after being held in jail on the charge for more than a year.
Jeffrey Glenn Bolton, 50, was arrested back in December of 2011 for allegedly sexually assaulting a 30-year-old homeless woman.
Yesterday, a jury at the 54th State District Court acquitted him of the charge due to lack of DNA evidence.
Bolton, who did not testify, maintained his innocence throughout the case.
