COLLEGE STATION, Tx (KYLE) — Texas A&M University police are investigating a campus-wide bomb threat for Friday, March 8.
The written threat was discovered this morning in the bathroom of a campus facility and an investigation was immediately launched.
Authorities believe the credibility of the threat is questionable and the campus remains open. All classes and other campus activities will be held as scheduled.
Campus officials are working closely with local, state and federal law enforcement officials to identify and apprehend the person(s) responsible for the threat and bring that individual(s) to justice.
Law enforcement officials have heightened security measures to help ensure the safety and security of students, faculty, staff and visitors.
