FORT HOOD, Texas — Jury selection continues Monday for accused Fort Hood shooter Maj. Nidal Hasan.
Panel selection started last week, where ten members had been selected. Six new jurors are set to be brought in at 11 a.m. Monday morning.
Hasan is charged with a November 2009 mass shooting that left 13 dead and dozens injured. Hasan has elected to represent himself in the trial. If convicted, Hasan could face death or life in prison without the possibility of parole.
Testimony in the trial is set to begin August 6.
