A Harker Heights man pleaded guilty to charges of child pornography found on his computer. He was sentenced Wednesday to federal prison.
Police say they used a software that allowed them to find out that David Baxter was storing the images on his computer.
They obtained a search warrant for his home in Fort Hood where he was living at the time, and found the evidence.
Baxter was sentenced in Waco to nine years in federal prison and five years supervised release.
He was also ordered to pay fines totaling over $1,000.
