WACO -- The Waco strip club shut down after allegations of prostitution, Sonny's BYOB, is back open.
Their case was first brought in front of city council members in an attempt to stop the city from shutting down the club. The clubs manager, John Skruck, said he didn't know about the prostitution, and the club should be allowed to stay open.
However, City Attorney, Leah Hayes, says it was obvious in the "High Roller Rooms" with locks on the doors.
The city sent a notice of a license revocation May 4, but now the club has a restraining order against the city that keeps them from closing until their court day at the end of May.
