BRYAN -- A hit and run accident on Sunday left one Bryan man behind bars, not only for the accident but also for driving drunk.
55 year-old Richard Wayne Scott is charged with causing damage to another vehicle after hitting it while trying to switch lanes.
Both cars initially pulled over after the accident but Scott ended up driving off.
Police found him at his home where witnesses identified him as the driver.
After failing a field sobriety test, Scott was arrested and this isn't the first time either. He's had at least three prior DWI convictions so the charge was upgraded to a third degree felony.
