BRYAN -- Three Bryan men are indicted by a grand jury on a first-degree felony murder charge after they were arrested in October for the shooting death of 19-year-old Billy Joe Menard.
According to police, 18-year-old Travis Alan Carroll, 21-year-old Christopher Hernandez. and 22-year-old Clayton Thompson all went to Menard's apartment on October 15th and shot him through his front door after a drug deal went bad.
Menard died after being shot in the neck and head.
All three suspects have been in jail since mid-October and are being held on $100,000 dollars bail.
