WACO -- Police are investigating a man found with stab wounds in a vacant lot Tuesday evening.
Police arrived to an empty lot in the 400 block of Hatton Street in Waco where they found a 23-year-old man with stab wounds.
Police say he wasn't able to give a clear description of the suspects.
"Said he was outside in his front yard and felt a hand on his shoulder and the next thing he felt was a pain in the lower back area. Said he turned around saw what he described as two male suspects. One wearing a white hoodie and the other dressed in all black," said Sgt. Patrick Swanton, Waco police spokesman.
Reportedly the suspects didn't speak or even try to rob the victim.
He is currently being treated at Hillcrest Baptist Medical Center.
