COLLEGE STATION -- If you're thinking about retiring anytime soon, you may want to consider moving to College Station to do it.
That's because Forbes Magazine has ranked College Station as one of the top 25 cities in the United States as one of the best places for "working retirement."
The magazine looks at a number of factors including cost of living, medical care and job growth.
But Marci Rodgers, the city's senior services coordinator, says a large attraction for many is Texas A&M.
"Well I think in this community you always feel young. I mean when our average age is 22 it's just a great place to live. We're so close to other major cities and I think that's appealing as well."
College Station is one of only three cities in Texas to be named on the list. The other two include Austin and San Angelo.
