FORT HOOD -- Another trial delay request has been denied in the case of Major Nidal Hasan.
In a pre-trial hearing this morning Judge Gregory Gross denied a request by Hasan's attorney to delay his trial and he declared jury-selection will begin Monday as scheduled.
Hasan is charged with 13 counts of premeditated murder and 32 counts of attempted premeditated murder.
He faces the death penalty.
