BRYAN -- An alleged burglar is caught in the act today by a Bryan Police K-9 dog.
Police tell us they were responding to the 800-block of Haswell Street today in reference to a suspicious person.
When they arrived they saw 24-year-old Steadmon Sims peak his head out of an opening in a wall before going back inside.
After several attempts to get Sims out, police sent in a dog from their K-9 unit to get him out.
Sims was taken to the hospital for minor dog bite injuries.
He's now charged with burglary of a building.
