Bryan man arrested for making A&M bomb threat
COLLEGE STATION -- Nearly a week and a half after 50,000 plus people were evacuated from Texas A&M's campus because of a bomb threat, police have a suspect in custody.
22-year-old Dereon Kelly, a Bryan resident, is charged with making a terroristic threat after he allegedly emailed the university about a bomb on campus.
Investigators were able to trace the email back to Kelly's cell phone.
We're told 19-year-old Brittany Henderson, the woman arrested for making a bomb threat at Texas State University the day before, is still a person of interest in this case.
