BRYAN, TX — A Bryan man stabs his brother in the arm but tells police it was a group of robbers that did it.

Police arrested Jose Manuel Tula-Silva late last night after they talked with his brother at the hospital.

The brother told police that he was preparing dinner in the kitchen when Tula-Silva stabbed him in the arm and later lied about it.

Tula-Silva was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
