COLLEGE STATION -- A former employee at a College Station business is accused of stealing more than $200,000 from her boss.

56-year-old Debra Sikes was arrested and charged with theft after the owner of McCord Engineering, Inc. found that Sikes, a former office manager, had stolen a total of $217,011.39 since July 2003.

The owner contacted police back in August after the new office manager found the discrepancies.

Sikes turned herself into police today.
