Waco, Tx — A Waco man has been sentenced to ten years deferred probation, after he pleaded guilty to indecency with a child by exposure.
 

John Butcher was arrested in September 2011, after he allegedly was sexually indecent with two girls, younger than age 10.
 

Butcher will be subjected to strict terms of a sex offender during his probation. He is also required to pay a ten-thousand dollar fine.
